Established in 1846, the World Evangelical Alliance is a network of national evangelical church alliances in 129 countries and over a 100 international evangelical organizations. The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) provides a worldwide identity, voice, and platform for more than 600 million evangelical Christians. With a global backdrop of serious ecological challenges, growing awareness of the biblical mandate to care for creation, and an increasing need to provide leadership in this arena at a global level, the WEA decided to create the WEA Creation Care Task Force in 2012.

Established in 1999, Micah Global is a network whose members carry a vision of a flourishing creation in which people are living life to the full, free from poverty, injustice and conflict – as intended and enabled by Jesus Christ. They see Christian communities contributing to this vision as they participate in God’s mission which they understand as integral and holistic, encompassing all aspects of life.

The Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) is a network of Christians committed to seeing people and communities wholistically restored. We believe that God wants to restore us not only to right relationships with Himself but also with our own true selves, our families and our communities. Not just spiritually, but emotionally, physically, economically and socially. Not by offering mercy alone, but by undergirding mercy with justice.
